Ebina Tsukemen
Opened in 2015, the main dish was the one and only shrimp soup ramen in Hong Kong, and we even use sakura shrimp from Shizuoka, Japan. The shrimp soup is rich filled with surging aroma, along with salty fresh soy sauce and garlic aroma complementing each other harmoniously. The whole tsukemen sauce is further enriched by addition of ingredients like sakura shrimp crunchy bits and seaweed. In the beginning, only 3 signature ramen with 3 different flavors were sold: Shrimp soy sauce tsukemen,Shrimp Miso tsukemen,Shrimp tomato tsukemen. Recently we added Hiroshima Oyster Ramen which is limited to 10 bowls per day and and it's very popular.
